Abstract

Guests staying at the star hotel amounted to 17,961 people, consisting of 17,658 people (domestic guests) and 303 people (foreign guests). In non-star hotels totaling 59,246 people, consisting of 59,105 people (domestic guests) and 141 people (foreign guests)
  • Hotel Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels fell 6.03 points from 57.18 percent (May 2018) to 51.15 percent (June 2018). Non-star hotel TPK also fell 2.46 points from 24.18 percent (May 2018) to 21.72 percent (June 2018)
  • Average Guest Length of Stay (RLTM) star hotel (1.63 days), longer than non star hotel (1.12 days). Overall, star hotels are still a preference for overnight stay for domestic
