In August 2012, the Central Kalimantan Farmers Exchange (NTP) accounted for 98.66 percent or declined
0.38 percent compared to NTP July 2012. This is due to the rise in the price index
received by farmers rose by 0.02 percent less than the increase in the price index paid by farmers
ie by 0.40 percent.
Viewed from 5 (five) subsectors, there are 3 (three) subsectors Agriculture has decreased NTP,
namely the Food Crops sub-sector decreased by 0.72 percent, the Horticulture subsector fell by
0.38 and Livestock subsector which decreased by 0.17 percent. While the two sub-sectors
has increased is the sub-sector of Plantation Plantation (TPR) rose by 0.10
and fisheries sub-sector rose by 0.89 percent.
In August 2012, the price index received by farmers (IT) rose by 0.02 percent compared
with IT in July 2012. The IT upgrade is due to 4 (four) sub-sectors
experienced an increase in IT. Subsectors with IT improvements are Subsectors
Horticulture that rose by 0.08 percent, Subsector Plantation Plantation (TPR) rose
by 0.54 percent, Livestock Subsector increased by 0.20 percent and Fisheries Sub-sector
which rose by 1.16 percent. While the Subsector of Food Crops Sub-sector experienced
decrease of 0.35 percent.
The price index paid by farmers (IB) In August 2012 rose by 0.40 percent compared
July 2012. This increase is due to the increase of IB in 5 subsectors namely sub-sector
Food Crops rose 0.38 percent, Horticulture subsector rose 0.46 percent, Crop sub-sector
People's Plantation (TPR) rose 0.44 percent, Livestock subsector rose by 0.37 percent and
Fisheries subsector rose by 0.27 percent.
Changes in Household Consumption Index (KRT) reflects the Inflation / Deflation figures in the region
Rural. In August 2012 there was an increase of 0.47 percent. This increase is due
by the Food Group's 0.49 percent rise, the Food So category rose 0.82 percent,
Housing group rose 0.07 percent, Sandang group rose 0.50 percent, Health group
rose by 0.31 percent, Education, Recreation & Sports group rose by 0.08 percent
and Transportation & Communications group rose by 0.06 percent.
In August 2012, the National NTP was 105.26 percent or up 0.28 percent compared
in July 2012. This is because the price index received by farmers rose 0.96 percent,
while the price paid by farmers rose by 0.67 percent.
