Abstract

Combined Farmer Exchange Rate (FER) in Kalimantan Tengah Province increased by 2.03 percent, from 105.84 (November 2020) to 107.99 (December 2020). This was influenced by the increase in the exchange rate of the smallholder estate crop subsector (3.23 percent), horticulture (2.17 percent) and food crops (0.39 percent).

The highest FER occurred in the smallholder plantation sub-sector (114.22), followed by the livestock sub-sector (105.25), fisheries (101.24), food crops (99.15) and horticulture (97.42).

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses increased by 2.30 percent, from 107.02 (November 2020) to 109.48 (December 2020).

The price index received by farmers (𝐼𝑡) increased 2.29 percent and the price index paid by farmers (𝐼𝑏) also increased 0.24 percent.

The Household Consumption Index was 107.49 percent or there was a change in the index of 0.32 percent.
