Abstract

The total value of exports fell 32.81 percent from US $ 215.79 million (December 2019) to US $ 144.99 million (January 2020).

Mineral fuels are still the main export commodity (US $ 92.36 million), contributing 63.70 percent of total exports.

China is the largest export share (US $ 42.64 million), contributing 29.41 percent of total exports.

Ports in Kalimantan Tengah contain export goods worth US $ 36.64 million, contributing 25.27 percent of total exports.

The total value of imports rose 27.68 percent from US $ 2.71 million (December 2019) to US $ 3.46 million (January 2020).

Mineral fuels are the most imported commodity (US $ 2.14 million).

The foreign trade balance has a surplus of US $ 141.52 million (January 2020), down 33.58 percent compared to the trade surplus in December 2019.
