Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah Province NTP rose 0.34 point, from 96.58 percent (August 2019) to 96.92 percent (September 2019). This was influenced by an increase in the exchange rate of the horticulture subsector (0.77 points), food crops (0.69 points), fisheries (0.44 points) and smallholder plantations (0.08 points).
  • The price index received by farmers (It) rose 0.13 points, while the price index paid by farmers (Ib) fell 0.32 points.
  • The highest FTT occurred in the fisheries subsector (111.46 percent) followed by horticulture (107.69 percent), animal husbandry (103.46 percent), food crops (94.55 percent), and smallholder plantations (88.13 percent) .
  • Agricultural Household Exchange (NTUP) fell 0.08 points, from 104.84 percent (August 2019) to 104.76 percent (September 2019).
  • Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in rural areas is 136.25 percent or deflation of 0.34 percent, followed by calendar year inflation rate (1.88 percent), and year-on-year inflation (2.99 percent). The decline in the price index occurred in the foodstuffs group (0.77) percent) and housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel (0.33 percent).
