Abstract

The number of sea transport passengers fell 2.09 percent from 12,500 people (March 2018) to 12,239 people (April 2018).

The flow of goods traffic by sea rose 1.91 percent from 1.40 million tons (March 2018) to 1.42 million tons (April 2018). The increase occurred in unloading volume of goods (34.59 percent).

Flight frequency fell 4.58 percent from 2,203 flights (March 2018) to 2,102 flights (April 2018).

The number of air transport passengers increased by 15.26 percent from 164,842 people (March 2018) to 189,999 (April 2018).

Air freight traffic by 12.05 percent from 1,908 tons (March 2018) to 2,138 tons (April 2018). The increase came from the unloading volume of goods (11.14 percent) and loading goods (13.90 percent).

Through seaports, passenger activity is dominated in Kumai (68.24 percent) and goods in Sampit (45.78 percent). While through the air port, dominated by Tjilik Riwut both passenger activity (57.87 percent) and goods (55.26 percent).
