Abstract

Guests staying at the hotel stars amounted to 22,580 people, consisting of domestic guests (22,238 people) and foreign guests (342 people). In non-star hotels totaling 63,557 people, consisting of domestic guests (63,409 persons) and foreign guests (148 people).
  • Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels (60.72 percent) is much higher than in non star hotels (27.97 percent).
  • Average Guest Length of Stay (RLTM) star hotel (1.51 days) is shorter than in non star hotels (1.43 days).
  • During the first quarter of 2018, star hotel TPK (54.64 percent) was also higher than non-star hotels (29.61 percent). Nevertheless, the RLTM star hotel (1.40 days) is relatively shorter than in a non star hotel (1.43 days).
