Abstract

NTP of Kalimantan Tengah Province fell 0.01 point from 99.16 percent (December 2017) to 99.15 percent (January 2018). This is influenced by the decline in the exchange rate of the subsector of smallholder plantations (1.37 points), horticulture (0.63 points), and livestock (0.14 points).
  • The price index received by farmers (It) rose 0.73 points, lower than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) by 0.76 points.
  • The highest NTP occurred in the fishery subsector (108.68 percent), while the lowest NTP in the plantation crops sub-sector (94.12 percent).
  • Agricultural Household Trade Rate (NTUP) rose 0.30 points from 106.10 percent (December 2017) to 106.40 percent (January 2018).
  • Household Consumption Index (IKRT) of 128.88 percent or 0.68 percent inflation in rural areas. An increase in the price index occurs in all household expenditure groups
