Abstract

The Star-rated Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) rose 1.90 points from 63.12 percent (November 2017) to 65.02 percent (December 2017).
Guests staying in star hotels amounted to 25,366 people, consisting of domestic guests (25,111 people) and foreign (255 people). Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests rose 6.21 percent while foreign guests fell 27.14 percent.
Average Guest Length of Stay (RLTM) star hotel rises 0.04 days from 1.50 days (November 2017) and 1.54 days (December 2017). Domestic and foreign guest RLTM for 2.53 days and 1.53 days respectively.
Non-star hotel TPK / accommodation services rose 0.45 points from 36.12 percent (November 2017) to 36.57 percent (December 2017).
Guests staying at non star hotels / accommodation services amounted to 72,559 people, consisting of domestic guests (72,538 people) and foreigners 21 (persons). Compared to the previous month, the number of domestic guests rose 4.09 percent while foreign guests fell 41.77 percent.
RLTM non star hotels / accommodation services recorded 1.48 days, domestic guests (1.48 days) and foreign guests (3.54 days).
