The Development of Transportation Services, February 2017

During February 2017, The number of sea  and air transportation passengers each of them were 18.783 and 121.679 passengers

•  The number of sea transportation is 18.783 person, minus 10,43 percent than the previous month that was 20.970 person.
• The goods traffic flow by sea transportation amount 1,26 million ton, minus 9,76 percent than a month before. This caused by unload and load volume which amount 6,6 and 11,15 percent.
• Flight frequency decreased 9,86 percent, from 1.859 on January 2017 and 1.545 flights in February 2017.
• The number of air transportation aim 121.679 passengers, minus 12,55 percent than before that only 139.148 passengers.
• The goods traffic flow by airport was recorded amount 1.404 ton, minus 18,14 percent than the previous month. This was effected by load and unload volume that was amount 19,16 and 16,18 percent.
• The passengers and goods traffic flow by sea transportation dominated by Kumai harbour and Sampit that each of them have 73,17 percent and 46,26 percent. Beside of  that, the passengers and goods traffic flow by air transportation dominated by  Tjilik Riwut airport and Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport that each of them have 50,44 percent and 55,32 percent
