In November 2012, the Central Kalimantan Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) was recorded at 99.09 or experienced
an increase of 0.14 percent compared to October NTP 2012. This is due to an increase in the Index
the price received by farmers by 0.10 percent while the index paid by farmers decreased by
0.04 percent.
Viewed from 5 (five) subsectors, there are 4 (four) sub-sectors of Agriculture has increased NTP, that is
Crop Plants subsector rose by 0.16 percent, Horticulture subsector rose by 0.30 percent,
Livestock subsector rose by 0.14 percent and fisheries subsector rose by 0.92 percent.
While sub-sectors that experienced a decline were the sub-sector of Plantation Plantation (TPR)
which decreased by 0.30 percent ..
In November 2012, the farmer's received price index (IT) rose by 0.10 percent compared
with IT in October 2012. The IT upgrade is due to 4 (four) sub-sectors
experienced an increase in IT. Subsectors with IT improvements are the Crop Subsector
Food that rose by 0.17 percent, Horticulture Subsector increased by 0.18 percent, sub-sector
Livestock increased by 0.14 percent and fisheries subsector rose by 0.93 percent. While
The subsector that is experiencing IT downturn is the People's Plantation Crops Sub-sector (TPR)
down by 0.41 percent.
The price index paid by farmers (IB) In November 2012 fell by 0.04 percent compared
October 2012. This decrease is caused by the decreasing of IB in 2 (two) subsector that is sub-sector
Horticulture which decreased by 0.12 percent and the sub-sector of the Smallholder Plantation (TPR)
down by 0.11 percent. While sub-sectors that have increased are Subsector
Food Crops and Fisheries Sub-sector each rose by 0.01 percent. While
IB in the Livestock Subsector has not changed compared to the previous month.
Changes in Household Consumption Index (KRT) reflects the Inflation / Deflation figures in the region
Rural. In November 2012 there was a deflation of 0.09 percent. This deflation is caused by
decrease of 2 (two) household consumption group that is Foodstuff group decreased by
0.31 percent and Housing group fell by 0.51 percent. While the group is experiencing
the increase was the Food So group rose by 0.63 percent, the Clothing group rose by
0.26 percent, Health group rose by 0.16 percent, Education group, Recreation & Sports
increased by 0.27 percent and Transportation & Communication group rose by 0.05 percent.
In November 2012, the National NTP was 105.72 percent or down 0.03 percent compared to the month
October 2012. This is because the price index received by farmers rose 0.19 percent whereas
the price paid by farmers rose by 0.22 percent.
